Earthquake-Resistant and Corrosion-Resistant

All tower steel frame structures have undergone static and dynamic stress analysis by the Department of Mechanics at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The entire tower structure is very stable, and all steel frame components are double-treated with galvanizing and anti-corrosion paint, providing excellent corrosion resistance. Internal components can also be configured with non-metallic or stainless steel parts according to different water quality or user requirements.

Reliable Power

The motors and fans are selected from products manufactured by influential domestic specialized manufacturers. The motors are outdoor-type motors specifically designed for cooling towers, with an IP54 protection rating and F-class insulation. All performance indicators meet IEC international standards, and dual-speed or three-speed motors can be configured according to user requirements for energy saving under different climate conditions. The fans are fiberglass airfoil fans, offering advantages such as good aerodynamic performance, large air volume, high efficiency, low noise, reliable operation, and smooth running.

Superior Performance

The heat dissipation packing uses high-efficiency modified PVC material. The sheet type has been tested by the Xi'an Thermal Engineering Institute and the Beijing Water Science Institute, and has advantages such as low airflow resistance, large specific surface area, good hydrophilicity, and a large heat dissipation coefficient. It is also not easily clogged, easy to clean, has high strength, good flame retardancy, and excellent aging resistance.

Aesthetically Pleasing

The tower body and fan casing are made of FRP, with a gel coat resin surface, offering advantages such as bright and smooth appearance, corrosion resistance, and UV resistance. The gel coat uses products from foreign-funded enterprises, and the color can be selected by the user. The fan casing uses a new velocity-recovering type fan casing, which has advantages such as a high kinetic energy recovery rate, high strength, and strong resistance to wind and snow loads.

Minimal Water Drift

Using the domestically advanced wave 160-45 type water collector, the water collection efficiency is as high as 99.99% or more. The sheet material is PVC or FRP.

Energy-Efficient Water Consumption

Using internationally advanced technology, the ABS nozzles are injection-molded in one piece, offering advantages such as low water supply pressure, uniform water distribution, no clogging, and no hollow areas.
