  • 1. FRP Wound Pipe

    This is a composite pipeline made with glass fiber as the reinforcing material and resin as the matrix, and it is formed through the winding process.

    Core feature

    • Corrosion-resistant: Resistant to acids and alkalis, to chemical media, does not rust or form scale, suitable for harsh working conditions. 
    • Lightweight and high strength: The weight is only 1/4 to 1/5 of that of steel pipes, with high strength and strong pressure-bearing capacity. 
    • Low fluid resistance: The inner wall is smooth, resulting in high conveying efficiency and low energy consumption. 
    • Long lifespan: Anti-aging, anti-fatigue. The designed service life can reach 50 years. 
    • Insulation and flame retardancy: Non-conductive, flame retardant performance, suitable for power and chemical industries scenarios

  • 2. Push-pull panel (made of fiberglass reinforced plastic)

    This is a fiberglass-reinforced plastic panel formed by the pultrusion process, and it is a lightweight and high-strength composite sheet.

    Core feature

    • Corrosion-resistant: Resistant to acids and alkalis, anti-aging, suitable for humid and corrosive environments 
    • Lightweight and high-strength: Light in weight, high in strength, and in load-bearing performance. 
    • Insulation and flame retardancy: Non-conductive, flame-retardant, suitable for power and chemical industry scenarios 
    • Structural stability: Wave/rib design, with strong resistance to bending and impact. 
    • Easy to install: Can be cut and joined, with a convenient construction process

  • 3. Molded flange connection (made of fiberglass reinforced plastic)

    This is a matching connection component for the fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) pipeline system, which is formed as a single piece through the molding process.

    Core feature

    • Corrosion-resistant: Resistant to acids and alkalis, as well as various chemical media. Suitable for harsh environments such as those in the chemical industry and sewage treatment. 
    • High strength: The molded structure is dense, has strong pressure-bearing capacity, and provides reliable sealing. 
    • Lightweight: The weight is approximately only 1/4 of that of carbon steel flanges, making installation very convenient. 
    • Insulation and flame retardancy: Non-conductive, flame retardant, suitable for power and environmental protection applications 
    • Long lifespan: Anti-aging, anti-fatigue, and low maintenance cost

  • 4. Extruded profiles (also known as extruded profiles)

    These are profile products produced through the extrusion molding process. In the figure, of them are FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) extruded profiles.

    Core feature

    • Material: Made with glass fiber as the reinforcing material and unsaturated polyester resin as the matrix, it is formed through continuous pultrusion and a curing process. 
    • Performance: 
    • Lightweight and high strength: The weight is only 1/4 of that of steel, and the strength is comparable to that of steel. 
    • Corrosion-resistant: Resistant to acids, alkalis, salt spray and chemical media. Suitable for humid and corrosive environments. 
    • Insulation and flame retardancy: Excellent electrical insulation properties. Some models also possess flame-retardant and anti-static features. 
    • Strong weather resistance: Resistant to ultraviolet rays and able to withstand high and low temperatures. It will not age or deform over a long period of use. 
    • Structure: The cross-sections are diverse (such as rectangular, slot-shaped, I-shaped, square tubes, etc.), and can be customized according to requirements. The figure shows a typical hollow/porous structure that balances strength and lightweight.
